Control...Simplified
The MPC-M20 is engineered to be easy to integrate and use, yet versatile enough to suit each application perfectly. Its 15 programmable "hard key" buttons can be freely programmed for system power, input source selection, transport control, lighting presets, and any other functions. Custom backlit labeling of the buttons is facilitated using an assortment of pre-printed labels or Crestron Engraver software. The 5-way directional navigation pad enables full control of DVD players, displays, and other devices that utilize an onscreen menu. Adjusting audio volume and other parameters is enabled using the continuous-turn control knob and LED bargraph.

Configuring a complete MPC media presentation control solution is simplified using Crestron SystemBuilder™ software, allowing limitless programmability from the award-winning platform that's familiar to every Crestron dealer. The MPC Wizard included in SystemBuilder enables non-programmers to set up a full-featured presentation system complete with lighting control and RoomView® remote management without requiring any programming. Uploading and updating a facility full of MPC systems is managed easily over the network.

Wireless Remote
A range of options is available for adding wireless remote control to the MPC system. Its built-in IR receiver allows use of any Crestron IR wireless touchpanel or handheld remote without requiring a separate receiver or gateway. For greater range and freedom of movement, MPC also supports Crestron's full line of RF wireless and WiFi based products.

Wired Expansion
Adding a second control panel or just adding a few more buttons is easy using the MP-B10 and MP-B20 Media Presentation Button Panels. Of course, with Cresnet® and Ethernet built-in, the MPC-M20 works seamlessly with Crestron's entire line of keypads and touchpanels, lighting dimmers and shade controllers, signal processors and switchers, and much more.

Built-in Control Ports
Through its onboard control ports, the MPC-M20 interfaces directly with the video display or projector, DVD player or TV receiver, projection screen, lift, occupancy sensor, and other devices in the room. In addition to Cresnet and high-speed Ethernet, there is a bidirectional RS-232 COM port, an IR/serial ports, two relays, and four Versiport I/O ports right on the rear panel.

Audio and Video Control
The MPC-M20 is ideal for small room systems utilizing a single display device with computers and other sources connected directly to it. But like any 2-Series control system, MPC is fully scalable to suit larger applications with several program sources, microphones, or even multiple displays. Simply add a C2N-VEQ4 module to enable 4 channels of audio volume and EQ control. Or, use any of Crestron's QuickMedia™ wall plate and FlipTop interfaces, switchers, and receivers for a total signal routing, processing, and amplification solution.

Ethernet and e-Control®2
Built-in 10/100 Ethernet facilitates secure high-speed network connectivity, enabling extensive capabilities for remote system maintenance and control, and providing an interface to other Crestron control systems. The onboard Web server provides the foundation for Crestron's exclusive e-Control 2 Xpanel technology, providing secure IP-based remote control. SSL encryption prevents hackers from breaching the system and accessing its controls.

RoomView® and SNMP
The MPC-M20 communicates directly with Crestron's exclusive RoomView help desk software, the industry's most comprehensive facility-wide solution for remote monitoring and asset management. Built-in SNMP support also enables integration with third-party network management software, allowing full control and monitoring from the IT Help Desk or NOC in a format that's familiar to IT personnel.

Cresnet® Slave Mode
Selectable Cresnet Slave Mode enables the MPC-M20 to become a Cresnet keypad controller and expansion module as part of a larger Crestron system, providing a deluxe user-interface with local control ports built in for interfacing to nearby devices.

Ambient Light Sensor
The MPC-M20's built-in light sensor has a range of uses, from controlling its own backlight intensity, to providing ambient lighting level data to a central building management system.

1. Can I Come to Your Store To Pick Up My Order ?
AValive maintains a nationwide shipping network in conjunction with their vendors. The main warehouse for AValive is located in NC . In order to keep prices low and not charge sales tax outside of NC we unfortunately can not have pick-ups at any of our service locations. We can however arrange for next day delivery including Saturday in most cases.

2. What is your return policy-Terms and Conditions ?
AValive like many retailers are being forced with open box restocking fees from the manufactures we represent. Therefore we reserve the right to charge 25% in restocking fees and no refund of shipping charges. Software can not be returned for any reason nor warranties and training materials. AValive will often assist in a product exchange with in the 14-day period from your transaction if you wrongly ordered such product and need to exchange it for the correct part. No returns can happen with out a RMA number from AValive with in 14 days the product being shipped from us.

1. By submitting this order for processing, you are agreeing that you have reviewed the order, it is correct, and that you fully intend to purchase the items contained in your shopping cart.
2. All product warranties will be honored by the original manufacturer. Should your product require warranty service or replacement contact the manufacturer immediately. A minimum service fee plus any applicable shipping and handling costs will apply should you desire the assistance of AValive in any warranty claim.
3. Once you have purchased and received the items, they may only be returned after receiving an express written email authorization from AValive. No returns will be accepted unless prior approval is received. Please email customer service regarding your return.
4. Please be advised that all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost.
5. Opened software may not be returned under any circumstances.

3. What Time Is Shipping Cut Off ?
Most orders placed before 3PM EST can be shipped expedited same day using Fed Ex or UPS Express Services. If the product is shipped out of our west coast distribution warehouses. We can often execute the order as late as 4 pm EST. Please note we make every effort to ship ASAP on all orders but certain manufactures require a 1-2 day lead time.

4. When Do You Charge My Card ?
AValive never charges your card until we confirm the product you ordered is shippable or pre-ordered and all costs have been communicated to you. So if you get a message saying shipping not calculated you can be assured that someone from AValive will either email or call you with an exact total before we process your order.

5. When I place my order is my card automatically charged ?
No: AValive processes each order manually to guarantee accuracy and availability . Your card is never charged by an automated cart system.

6. Who Pays Customs Charges and Tarrifs if I Am An International Order ?
It is very important to consider the effects of tariffs, taxes, port handling fees and other miscellaneous customs charges when determining your product's final cost. Depending on your product and country of destination, customs charges will affect the price you the buyer is willing to pay for your product. The importer (buyer) is responsible for paying these charges and Avalive will not be responsible for this .

7. Why does the product price say 'Click for best price'?
Often times manufacturers do not want any price other than MAP or Minimum Advertised Price to be listed in any form of e-commerce or advertising. Because AValive believes in the American Way we feel we should determine what price you pay not someone else.

8. Will I Pay Sales Tax ?
All orders shipped to NC will be charged NC Sales Tax unless you are a reseller which will require a NC Dept Of Revenue Exemption Form to be faxed to us. Most all other states we ship to will not b charged sales tax with the only exception being some direct ship from warehouses located in the state to which the product s shipped to.
