Touchpanel Control and Presentation
In every sense, the TPMC-15-QM-L is a true Crestron touchpanel, offering vibrant 24-bit color depth with 8-bit alpha channel transparency to produce incredible 3D graphics using DNav dynamic menu objects, dynamic graphics and text, full-motion animations, multimode objects, PNG translucency, and exclusive Synapse image rendering - all with astonishing speed. But more than a touchpanel, the TPMC-15-QM-L is also a dynamic presentation source, outputting high-resolution graphics and audio to any sized audience via integrated QuickMedia transport technology.

Embedded PC
The power of Isys i/O is in its embedded PC engine, combining rock solid touchpanel performance with enhanced capabilities for surfing the Internet, streaming digital media, and viewing online documents. Running the Microsoft Windows XP Embedded operating system, Isys i/O delivers a powerful and secure platform for touchpanel control with integrated PC functionality. Programmatic control erases the lines between control system and PC, allowing programmers to customize each application's behavior within the touchpanel environment to create a truly powerful and user-friendly interface.

With built-in Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, and Internet Explorer, plus viewers for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, the TPMC-15-QM-L serves as a complete multimedia presentation source without necessitating a separate computer. You can also access data and run applications on other computers over the network or Internet via Remote Desktop, or use new VNC Viewer support for enhanced cross-platform interaction with remote computers, allowing full control of desktop applications with live presentation capability. Onboard NetMeeting and Skype VoIP applications enable duplex telephone and interactive conferencing right on the touchpanel.

Touch-the-PC
In addition to its built-in PC, the TPMC-15-QM-L is also enabled to display and control externally-connected computers. Crestron's exclusive Touch-the-PC technology allows real-time touchpanel navigation of any Windows PC through a direct high-speed serial connection.

MediaMarker Annotation
Built-in annotation allows presenters to write or draw electronically on the touchscreen using a finger or stylus. Whether drawing freehand on a whiteboard screen, highlighting points on a spreadsheet, or making notes over motion video or still images, MediaMarker facilitates crystal clear visual communications.

Dual-Window HD Video and RGB
In addition to its internal PC and streaming video applications, the TPMC-15-QM-L can also simultaneously display two fully-scalable, full-motion video windows. Each window supports standard video, HDTV, and high-resolution RGB signals from external AV and computer sources. Discrete video scalers with motion adaptive deinterlacing bring out the highest detail, minimizing visible scan lines and motion artifacts for a truly remarkable picture. Advanced gamma correction and built-in time base correction ensure accurate color reproduction and a jitter-free image.

High-Quality Audio
An integrated microphone, biamplified speakers, stereo headphone output, and PC audio output are all built into the touchpanel to support full AV, intercom, desktop conferencing, and multimedia computer capabilities. Customized WAV files can be loaded on the touchpanel to add dimension to the touchscreen graphics with personalized sounds, button feedback, and voice prompts.

QuickMedia
All audio and video connections are facilitated using Crestron's revolutionary QuickMedia transport, providing a flexible yet remarkably simple wiring solution. Through QuickMedia (QM), the TPMC-15-QM-L interfaces directly with other QM-based products using inexpensive CAT5e type cable.

The two QM Input ports each support non-interlaced RGB up to 1600 X 1200 pixels, as well as composite, S-Video, and component video signals. QM Input #1 includes software-adjustable compensation for cable runs up to 450 feet; Input #2 allows up to 300 feet for video and HDTV, and shorter distances for RGB computer signals. Both QM Inputs receive audio signals from external microphone and stereo line level sources.

High-resolution RGB graphics and 24-bit digital audio are output from the internal PC and microphone via the QM Output port for audience presentation and intercom purposes.

Connectivity and Expansion
Both Cresnet and high-speed Ethernet are standard on the TPMC-15-QM-L, providing for seamless communications with Crestron control systems, computers, digital media servers, and other IP-based devices. Wi-Fi wireless networking and memory expansion are easily added through two PC card slots, and two USB ports enable the connection of an external mouse and keyboard (not included), as well as CD ROM drives and memory devices.†

Versatile Flush Mount Design
The TPMC-15-QM-L is designed for easy flush-mount installation in a wall, lectern or similar flat surface. A variety of mounting accessories is offered including optional back box and 19inches rack mount kit. Five backlit pushbuttons are also provided, allowing for quick access to commonly used functions.

1. Are You An Authorized Dealer ?
AValive is an authorized dealer of all the products we sell. We have been in business since 1992 and have legally binding contracts for all the products we carry. You can be assured you are purchasing a product that carries the full manufactures warranty and we do not sell sideways or grey market goods ever!

2. Can I Come to Your Store To Pick Up My Order ?
AValive maintains a nationwide shipping warehouse network. The main stocking warehouse for AValive is located in NC . In order to keep prices low and not charge sales tax outside of NC we unfortunately can not have pick-ups at any of our service locations. We can however arrange for next day delivery including Saturday in most cases.

3. What is your return policy-Terms and Conditions ?
AValive like many retailers are being forced with open box restocking fees from the manufactures we represent. Therefore we reserve the right to charge 33% in restocking fees and no refund of shipping charges Not All Products qualify for returns including special orders and items any manufacture refuses to take in return. Software can not be returned for any reason nor warranties and training materials. AValive will often assist in a product exchange with in the 14-day period from your transaction if you wrongly ordered such product and need to exchange it for the correct part. No returns can happen with out a RMA number from AValive with in 14 days the product being shipped from us.

2. All product warranties will be honored by the original manufacturer. Should your product require warranty service or replacement contact the manufacturer immediately. A minimum service fee plus any applicable shipping and handling costs will apply should you desire the assistance of AValive in any warranty claim.
3. Once you have purchased and received the items, they may only be returned after receiving an express written email authorization from AValive. No returns will be accepted unless prior approval is received. Please email customer service regarding your return.
4. Please be advised that all approved returns will be subject to a 33% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost.
5. Opened software may not be returned under any circumstances.

4. What Time Is Shipping Cut Off ?
Most orders placed before 3PM EST can be shipped expedited same day using Fed Ex or UPS Express Services. If the product is shipped out of our west coast distribution warehouses. We can often execute the order as late as 4 pm EST. Please note we make every effort to ship ASAP on all orders but certain manufactures require a 1-2 day lead time.

5. When Do You Charge My Card ?
AValive never charges your card until we confirm the product you ordered is shippable or pre-ordered and all costs have been communicated to you. So if you get a message saying shipping not calculated you can be assured that someone from AValive will either email or call you with an exact total before we process your order.

6. When I place my order is my card automatically charged ?
No: AValive processes each order manually to guarantee accuracy and availability . Your card is never charged by an automated cart system.

7. Who Pays Customs Charges and Tarrifs if I Am An International Order ?
It is very important to consider the effects of tariffs, taxes, port handling fees and other miscellaneous customs charges when determining your product's final cost. Depending on your product and country of destination, customs charges will affect the price you the buyer is willing to pay for your product. The importer (buyer) is responsible for paying these charges and Avalive will not be responsible for this .

8. Who Warranties My Product Purchase ?
AValive is an authorized USA dealer for all the products we sell. There for you the buyer are entitled to the full USA manufacture warranty per item as supported directly from the manufacture. You are responsible for contacting the manufacture if the item is defective. The item needs to be returned directly to the manufacture NOT AValive. Simply call the manufacture with your serial # and follow their steps in the warranty process. AValive is not responsible for items shipped to us with out an AValive RMA # and shipping such to us may result in you never seeing the product again.

9. Why does the product price say 'Click for best price'?
Often times manufacturers do not want any price other than MAP or Minimum Advertised Price to be listed in any form of e-commerce or advertising. Because AValive believes in the American Way we feel we should determine what price you pay not someone else.

10. Will I Pay Sales Tax ?
All orders shipped to NC will be charged NC Sales Tax unless you are a reseller which will require a NC Dept Of Revenue Exemption Form to be faxed to us. Almost all other states we ship to will not be charged sales tax with the only exception being some direct ship from warehouses located in the state to which the product s shipped to.
