Apple and AValive Announces Final Cut Studio 2 and Apple Final Cut Server

Apple and AValive announced Final Cut Studio 2 and Final Cut Server at the 2007 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) showcase in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Final Cut Studio 2 includes new versions of Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, and Compressor, as well as updates to DVD Studio Pro and Cinema Tools. Additionally, Final Cut Studio 2 contains a new finishing program called Color. Final Cut Studio 2 is scheduled to ship in May.
